Digital skills development for those we target l.e. disabled people and other folk is not complete without tackling social exclusion. promoting self-care raises the wellbing threshold when projects provide wider social goals alongside digital inclusion. thereby ensuring they have a voice and visibility as democratic engagement is increasingly moved online. By drawing together both Digital and Social Exclusion we get to effect change exclude people digitally learning is, therefore, a form of reintegration at many levels of society, but is keenly felt at neighborhood and local level. throughout our existence we have adopted a less technological approach in appealing to those whose natural inclination is to turn away from tech-based systems.
